Universal Tunes Group has promoted veteran new music legal professional Michael Seltzer to executive VP of business & authorized affairs and head of professional transactions.

In accordance to the announcement, Seltzer oversees a group of 15 lawyers aiding condition and negotiate the company’s agreements which include recording contracts, label ventures, label distribution, goods, suppliers, trademark entities, model associates, movie, Tv and theatrical productions and equity and asset acquisitions, amongst other parts.
