“When I appeared at the principles, I won’t lie, I was shocked at the prolonged process, that at any presented place prior to the actual Senate impeachment demo proceedings could disqualify the copious amounts of evidence that display crystal clear and repetitive actions of felony, corruption, and neglect of duty by Governor Torres about these a number of many years. Devoid of the proof to again it up, the impeachment method is incomplete,” she claimed.
“Doing what is right is in no way quick, but it is normally the appropriate thing to do. So, senators, we inquire that you do what is suitable for the men and women: to be good. These rules? They are not truthful. They skew in favor of this impeached governor.”

She also noted that there ended up no constraints put on who the impeached formal can have as authorized counsel and staff for the impeachment proceedings.
“Again, this is remarkably biased, partial, and unfair to the Residence of Reps… I am not a authorized skilled, but centered on my knowledge of the proposed policies, the Senate will not be conducting a truthful and neutral trial and, if these regulations are adopted, we could not even have a trial at all. The proposed regulations are littered with bias. It’s extremely clear and evident that the scales of justice have been deliberately tipped to accommodate the impeached,” she reported.
In accordance to Sen. Deleon Guerrero, “It is clear that the adopted impeachment rules do not spell justice.”
Senator Manglona also opposed the impeachment principles.
